Your job and your papers
We match you with a UAE family that has already been verified, and we secure your contract, work permit and residency visa, so the job is 100% legal under UAE law. Visa and documentation are free for you: we process the work permit, medical, biometrics, residency visa and Emirates ID, with no hidden fees and no deductions from your salary.
Before you travel
You get free pre-departure training in English and basic Arabic, cooking, childcare, elderly care, cleaning and UAE household etiquette. Your flight ticket, airport pickup on arrival and safe accommodation are all arranged for you.
While you work
Our team stays in touch with you throughout your contract and is here whenever you need help, advice or translation support. Every job comes with a written employment contract, a fair and protected salary, a weekly rest day, paid annual leave and end-of-service benefits.
